Allison Frazier, MA, BCBA, COBA

Founder

Allison Frazier is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 14 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas including direct behavior therapy from toddlers to adults, consultation services for both private and public schools, training for parents and teachers, community education initiatives, and clinical supervision.

Previously, Allison served as the director of a local hospital's outreach department where she also led their summer program. She has also held a role as a school administrator at a special education school, where she founded and directed their nationally recognized camp program.

Allison founded and led a multidisciplinary behavioral health agency, providing services to children and adults in various settings such as homes, schools, and communities. Additionally, she has shared her expertise as an adjunct professor at John Carroll University, Ursuline College, and Lakeland Community College.

Recently, Allison has established Elevate Learning, a platform aimed at delivering intervention services to children within school settings and offering ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services in-home environments.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Allison contributes to the community as the vice president on the board of trustees at the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities and as a trustee for the Ohio Association of County Boards.
